Territory Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest

Location: Must reside in OR or WA (Remote with heavy field presence)
Compensation: $80–90K Base + Uncapped Commission
High performers will earn well into six figures!

This Role Is for a Closer.

If you thrive on winning, building strong client relationships, and owning your territory like it’s your business — this is your opportunity.

We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to take full ownership of the Pacific Northwest market. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, build long-term partnerships, and drive consistent revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management.

This is not a transactional inside sales role. This is a field-based, relationship-driven, solution-oriented sales position for someone who knows how to open doors, ask the right questions, and close. Entry-level sales professionals with technical product exposure looking to step into full territory ownership!!

What You’ll Own
  • A defined OR/WA territory with significant growth potential
  • Clear revenue targets and the autonomy to execute
  • Strategic accounts and expansion opportunities
  • A pipeline you control and forecast with confidence
  • In-person client engagement and relationship building
What Top Performers Will Do Here
  • Consistently exceed quota and build a predictable pipeline
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Conduct strong discovery conversations to uncover true client needs
  • Present tailored solutions that clearly demonstrate value
  • Protect and grow revenue streams while minimizing churn
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experience
  • Manage time and territory with discipline and strategy
What Makes You a Fit
  • You think like an owner, not an order taker
  • You are comfortable in front of clients and confident closing face-to-face
  • You manage your pipeline daily and forecast accurately
  • You follow up relentlessly and respond with urgency
  • You’re competitive, coachable, and accountable
  • You know how to ask smart discovery questions and position value
Why High Performers Succeed Here
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Direct visibility to leadership (reports to VP of Sales)
  • Autonomy to build and grow your book of business
  • Opportunity to shape strategy through client insight
  • Strong internal support and collaborative culture

If you’re a disciplined, self-motivated closer who wants territory ownership, strong earning potential, and the ability to make a real impact — we want to talk.
