Position Summary:

Position is responsible for overseeing the daily work activities of MBA’s suite of certification and designation programs. Under project supervision, the position facilitates training programs for single-family residential and commercial/multi-family members. The position interacts regularly with members and non-members on a daily basis, serving as the main point of contact for all designation and certification program inquiries. The position has direct people management responsibilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees MBA’s suite of certification and designation programs.
  • Facilitates training programs for single-family residential and commercial/multifamily members.
  • Responds to all daily inquiries that involve MBA’s suite of certification and designation programs.
  • Determines eligibility for Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and CCMS inquiries, following up with application details and assisting with arranging sponsors.
  • Reviews all certification exam inquiries for manual grading and/or issues additional attempts based on results.
  • Manages exam, grading, and panelist schedules for written and oral exams.
  • Assists the marketing team with promoting product offerings, recognizing recent graduates, social media advertising, and brochures.

Qualifications:

Requires a bachelor’s degree with experience in project management and a minimum of eight years of prior relevant training work experience in real estate finance and/or adult learning and development.

Competencies:

  • Requires ability to build strong connections with students and industry professionals to communicate the value of continued learning and development.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to be highly organized and to prioritize numerous and competing member/employee requests.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The current recruitment range for this role is $110,000 - $115,000.
