US Advisors is seeking experienced and mission-driven Processing Leads to provide frontline leadership and supervision of processing operations at Camp East Montana (CEM) in El Paso, TX. Processing Leads ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient intake and outtake processing, while maintaining accountability, quality control, and operational continuity in a high-tempo environment.
This is a full-time, onsite leadership position supporting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, solve problems in real time, and drive operational execution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of performance in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Oversight
- Supervise and provide day-to-day direction to Processing Specialists across assigned shifts
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, policies, and performance expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, issue resolution, and operational coordination
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of team members
- Oversee intake and outtake processing activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Monitor workload distribution and staffing coverage to meet operational demands
- Coordinate with federal personnel and stakeholders to align priorities and execution
- Ensure continuity of operations across shifts, including handoffs and reporting
- Conduct quality control checks on data entry, documentation, and case processing
- Ensure all records and actions meet federal compliance and confidentiality requirements
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Provide updates to leadership on processing volume, staffing, and issues
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all required systems
- Utilize Spanish language skills to support processing operations and communication as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Three or more year(s) of administrative, clerical, or operational support experience that includes lead or supervisory responsibilities
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Office 365)
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and maintain accountability
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Associates degree or higher
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) in a professional setting
- Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement or government operations
- Experience with case tracking systems, data reporting, and workforce coordination
- Demonstrated ability to lead under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Fully onsite at Camp East Montana (CEM), El Paso, TX
- Operations run 24/7, Monday through Sunday
- Leads will be assigned to one of the following established 8-hour shifts:
- Day: 0600-1430
- Swing: 1400-2230
- Night: 2200-0630
- Standard schedule: five 8-hour shifts each week
- Overtime may be required and will be made available as needed
- Offer is contingent on candidates passing a thorough background check for federal employment. This position requires a background investigation, including a criminal history check, as part of the employment process. Successful completion of this background investigation is a condition of employment. The background investigation will include verification of employment history, education, and other relevant information as determined by the agency.
- Health & Medical Insurance: Eligibility for employer-sponsored health, dental, and discounted vision coverage
- 401(k) Plan: Eligibility after one full year of employment, with enrollment available at the beginning of each calendar year
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Ten (10) days annually, including sick leave, accrued over time.
- Federal Holidays: Ten (10) paid Federal holidays, details to be provided during training/orientation
- $33 - $36/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
