Frontier Sleep and Wellness
Looking to get into healthcare—but prefer a role that’s more behind-the-scenes and coordination-focused? We will train you.
Frontier Sleep and Wellness is a growing medical practice helping patients diagnose and treat sleep apnea from the comfort of their homes. We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable team member to support the coordination and logistics of our home sleep testing program.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, process management, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do (We Train You on Everything)
- Coordinate the logistics of home sleep testing, including shipping and receiving devices
- Track and manage patient testing timelines to ensure timely completion
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in internal systems
- Monitor case progress and ensure all required steps are completed
- Follow up on outstanding items to keep workflows moving efficiently
- Collaborate with internal team members and providers to support operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and consistent with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable working with systems, tracking information, and managing multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritize and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- Exposure to sleep medicine or pulmonary care
