• Knowledge of all insurance payer billing procedures and requirements for all professional claim and technical claims forms, and ICD-10, CPT-4 and HCPC coding.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology.

• High school graduate or equivalent and/or completion of a medical terminology course.
• Two years of experience in medical billing, medical collections, and insurance reimbursement or customer service in a medical setting.
• Ability to work in high stress environment
