Job Summary: Full-time position available working at Kirby Medical Group Monticello. Kirby Medical Group is an accredited Patient Centered Medical Home. Practitioners function within a care team environment, utilizing effective communication, collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills. This integrative care clinic is in search of a primary care physician to grow our team. The primary concentration for this role will be family practice, providing care for patients of all ages. This includes management of acute conditions, chronic diseases and conducting wellness exams, with an emphasis on promoting health and wellness. Candidates must be board eligible or board certified. Candidates must be comfortable seeing patients across the age spectrum, performing office procedures, and interpreting EKGs and x-rays. This position will supervise Advanced Practice Providers in the Monticello clinic. Previous family practice experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Prior primary care and EMR experience preferred
• Current IL/DEA licensure required.
