Quality Technician in BELMONT, North Carolina at Textum OPCO LLC

Detail of Responsibilities:

· Perform daily fabric testing (e.g., punch testing) and record results in ERP system (Syteline)

· Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished goods

· Review and digitally track loom inspection data and defects

· Verify job setups and approve production readiness

· Maintain nonconformance logs and control nonconforming materials

· Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping in compliance with quality standards

· Perform in-house calibration of inspection tools and maintain calibration records

· Coordinate external calibrations and support out-of-tolerance investigations

· Conduct internal audits (workstation, FOD) and issue corrective actions (CARs)

· Review shipping documentation for accuracy and traceability

· Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and compile First Article inspection Reports (FAIRs)

· Verify employee training and maintain compliance records

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred

· 2+ years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing (aerospace or textiles preferred)

· Familiarity with AS9100/AS9102 standards is a plus

· Experience with ERP Systems (Syteline or similar)

· Ability to read technical documents, drawings, and specifications

· Proficient with inspection tools and measurement equipment
