Your Typical Day

Invoicing of Special Bill Customers
Strive to bill all jobs no more than 48 hours after they have been completed in ServiceTrade
Properly submitting all invoices (portal, email, USPS)
Reviews and posts receipts and payments to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records, and databases
Take an active role in collection efforts for assigned customers
Electronic record retention

What Will You Bring?

High School Diploma or GED with 1-year billing experience
Ability to verbally communicate with customers
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
NetSuite SeviceTrade, SalesForce, various customer portals, and CMS
Spreadsheet and Word processing software (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
