Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Medication Assistant (CMA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care standards
