We are currently looking for a full-time Technical Sales Manager to join our Material Handling business unit. This role is for a hands-on leader who can build and execute sales strategies across multiple regions while developing a high-performing, motivated sales team.


How You’ll Make an Impact

You’ll lead and develop a team of sales professionals while driving business growth across your region. You’ll set direction on sales strategy, coach your team to hit and exceed targets, and build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

You’ll also stay close to the market—understanding customer needs, tracking competitors, and spotting opportunities early. Working with senior leadership, you’ll help shape decisions that directly impact performance and growth.

This is a role where execution matters—what you set in motion, your team delivers.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (similar industry is an asset)

  • Strong technical aptitude and spatial reasoning skills with the ability to understand equipment applications in complex environments

  • Willingness to travel across BC and Alberta, and occasionally to the U.S. for OEM training and industry events

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to build trust with customers and develop strong internal and external relationships

  • Strong awareness of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
