The Opportunity: The Associate Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital infrastructure, housing, and facility development initiatives within the Housing, Capital & Infrastructure (HCI) department at Carrier Sekani Family Services. This role assists the directors and departmental leadership in coordinating capital projects that support the health, wellness, and long-term sustainability of infrastructure assets serving CSFS programs and the 11 member Nations.

  • Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure alignment with project goals, and prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, change orders, contracts, and presentations.

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $46.0208 to $56.6182 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
