• Professional Experience is Mandatory: A minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in either residential house cleaning, upscale hotel/hospitality housekeeping, or vacation rental turnover services.
• Essential Personal Transportation: Due to the nature of serving multiple properties in different locations, you must possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license. This is critical for punctual and efficient travel between assignments.
• 5-Star Attitude and Communication: We seek individuals capable of maintaining impeccable "5-star" standards on every job, without exception. Furthermore, excellent communication skills, including the ability to promptly respond and coordinate via a smartphone, are required for scheduling and on-site issue resolution.
