Job Description
Summary:Assists Manager with the day to day operations. Directs the work of employees to ensure high quality standards of operation and compliance with Aramark, client, government and accrediting agency standards and regulations.
Responsibilities: Assists manager. Assists in maintenance of financial records. Assists manager to develop and implement weekly promotions and arranges merchandise on counters to promote sales. Maintains appearance and merchandising of retail areas appropriate to assigned retail location.
