The Restaurant Supervisor is a key leader on the floor, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the development of our team (Firestarters). You will lead by example, own the guest experience, and help drive operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house environments.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to perform at a high level
• Own and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring readiness and security
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards at all times
• Support labor, shift execution, and overall restaurant flow
• Partner with management to drive performance and team development
