JOB SUMMARY

Become a Senior Account Manager at OneCloud and take ownership of a portfolio of customer relationships while driving long-term retention and growth. You will serve as the primary commercial and strategic connection between clients and OneCloud, applying deep product knowledge, sound business judgment, and a consultative approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is designed for an experienced account professional who operates with a high degree of autonomy, leads customer engagements confidently, and contributes meaningfully to both customer success and company growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Relationship Management: Own and manage assigned customer accounts, developing strong, long-term relationships through consistent and meaningful engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales, service delivery, renewals, and billing-related matters. Proactively address customer needs, manage escalations, and lead strategic account planning to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage customers to understand their business challenges, priorities, and objectives, and recommend appropriate OneCloud solutions aligned to their needs. Conduct effective product demonstrations and articulate customer-specific value propositions that support expansion and long-term partnership.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle within assigned accounts, including discovery, solution design, quoting, pricing, and contract execution. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines, approval processes, and pricing standards while navigating negotiations professionally and effectively.
  • Business Development: Drive growth across the existing customer base while generating additional revenue through inbound opportunities, reactivation of dormant accounts, and targeted prospecting efforts. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date documentation in Zoho CRM and other business systems. Record all customer interactions, sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes to support forecasting, reporting, and business planning.
  • Business Growth & Profitability: Contribute to overall company performance by achieving sales objectives, managing accounts with a focus on profitability, and identifying opportunities to maximize long-term customer value.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, implementation, support, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience. Participate in team initiatives, share best practices, and provide informal guidance to less experienced team members as appropriate.
  • Professional Development: Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and OneCloud’s evolving products and services. Apply market and customer insights to strengthen account strategies and reinforce trusted-advisor credibility.
