Full-Time | $65–$75/hour | 100% Employee-Owned | Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM
Looking for something different from traditional retail pharmacy?
Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.
Our pharmacists work directly with nurses, prescribers and care teams without the retail counter or drive-thru. You'll still work in a fast-paced pharmacy, but with a collaborative team and more opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and build relationships with the people you serve.
LTC experience is not required. If you're coming from retail, hospital, specialty or another pharmacy setting, we'll teach you our systems and model of care.
The Day-to-Day- Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
- Provide consultations to nurses, prescribers and other healthcare providers
- Complete accurate pharmacy data entry
- Review medication therapies, interactions and clinical concerns
- Administer a variety of injections
- Participate in medication review committees as needed
- Work alongside pharmacists and technicians to keep medications accurate and on time
We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy, communicate well with providers and enjoy being part of a collaborative pharmacy team.

- PharmD degree
- Active Texas pharmacist license, or ability to obtain before starting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
