Position Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track and manage project costs, forecasts, and reports
  2. Handle RFIs, submittals, invoices, and contract documentation
  3. Support procurement, scheduling, and project startup/closeout
  4. Assist with safety, quality, and risk management
  5. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
  6. Support Project Manager in day-to-day operations


Position Requirements :

Are you ready to bring your skills to a company where your impact truly matters? We're seeking motivated professionals with:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management and 2+ years of experience in civil construction — or 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field
  2. Solid understanding of field operations, construction practices, and project workflows
  3. Familiarity with Viewpoint and scheduling software (a plus!)
  4. A strong communicator and relationship-builder who can lead through influence, drive change, and deliver results across teams
