Technology Lead

This is a senior technical leadership role focused on building and scaling high-quality digital experiences within complex enterprise environments. You will guide front-end architecture and implementation for large-scale web platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and exceptional user experience. Working at the intersection of engineering, design, and product, you will translate creative concepts into robust production-ready solutions. The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, combining deep front-end expertise with cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in shaping UI strategy, modern web architecture, and enterprise content platform integration. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end architectures and UI components for enterprise digital platforms.
  • Implement pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces ensuring consistency, accessibility, and performance across devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate closely with UX, product, and backend teams to deliver integrated end-to-end digital solutions.
  • Contribute to and support the implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based solutions and enterprise content platforms.
  • Establish and enforce front-end engineering best practices, including code quality, modular architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Lead code reviews and provide technical oversight to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases.
  • Identify architectural risks, technical gaps, and opportunities for optimization early in the development lifecycle.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities and consistency.
  • Participate in full-stack discussions and integration planning across enterprise web systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in web development, including senior engineer or technical lead responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience building and delivering production-ready web applications and digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end tooling such as Webpack.
  • Familiarity with enterprise or large-scale content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience working with or within Java-based environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks such as React.
  • Experience with TypeScript is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors such as Sass or SCSS.
  • Solid understanding of web architecture, system integration patterns, and full-stack collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in enterprise or agency environments is considered an advantage.
