This role sits at the center of a rapidly growing retail media network, transforming complex campaign and audience data into clear, actionable insights that guide marketing and advertising performance. You will support reporting, measurement, and analytics across multiple digital channels, helping internal teams and brand partners understand campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities. The position blends data analysis, storytelling, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will work closely with agency partners and cross-functional marketing teams to centralize reporting and elevate decision-making. Your insights will directly influence media strategy, campaign optimization, and partner success. This is a highly collaborative role where analytics meets real-world marketing impact at scale.
In this role, you will own the reporting, analysis, and insight generation that powers retail media performance visibility and optimization across multiple channels and stakeholders. You will:
- Centralize reporting across retail media network channels, ensuring consistent and accurate performance visibility
- Collaborate with agency and platform partners to collect, validate, and integrate campaign-level performance data
- Analyze onsite and offsite campaign KPIs to build a unified, end-to-end view of media performance
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness mid-flight
- Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses using historical performance, benchmarks, and trend data
- Support internal and external reporting by preparing dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries
- Educate brand partners on campaign health using both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Contribute to the evolution of reporting frameworks and best practices across retail media operations
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in marketing analytics or digital media reporting, with the ability to turn data into strategic storytelling and actionable recommendations. You should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, media analytics, or retail media reporting
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar BI platforms)
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs (e.g., CPC, CAC, ROAS, conversion metrics)
- Familiarity with data structures and data mining concepts; SQL knowledge preferred
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside agencies or external partners
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Competitive salary range: $54,600 – $90,900 annually (based on experience and location)
