Job Description

Marketing Project Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator in Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive professional to work at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement, and campaign operations within an international B2B technology environment. In this role, you will coordinate multiple moving parts across agencies, sales initiatives, and campaign deliverables to ensure smooth execution and measurable business impact. You will play a key role in transforming marketing assets into effective sales tools while supporting large-scale co-marketing initiatives across multiple European markets. The position offers significant ownership from day one, allowing you to influence processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute directly to pipeline growth. Ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced remote environments, this role combines strategic coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence within a growing and collaborative team.

Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the sales-enablement workstream of large-scale co-marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Source, onboard, and manage SDR and external agency partners to support outbound sales and lead generation activities.
  • Transform campaign content into practical sales collateral, including landing pages, email sequences, newsletters, one-pagers, and sales outreach materials.
  • Coordinate copywriting, design, and development agencies to ensure timely delivery of branded and compliant marketing assets.
  • Track budgets, maintain reporting accuracy, and manage documentation related to campaign execution and proof-of-performance requirements.
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives, helping drive engagement, pipeline growth, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain smooth communication and operational efficiency across multiple workstreams.
  • Support continuous improvement of campaign processes, coordination workflows, and reporting standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, or campaigns simultaneously.
  • Previous exposure to outbound sales, SDR operations, lead generation, or sales enablement environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and evolving remote environment.
  • Experience working with project management tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative workflow systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively solve problems without constant supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and compliance-related documentation.
  • Interest in B2B SaaS, cloud technologies, vendor co-marketing, or technology partnerships is considered an advantage.
  • Comfortable collaborating with agencies, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote freelance/contractor opportunity within the European region.
  • Flexible part-time engagement with potential to scale toward full-time as campaigns grow.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of a key workstream from day one.
  • Exposure to large-scale vendor co-marketing and international campaign operations.
  • Fast-paced and collaborative work culture focused on initiative and autonomy.
  • Opportunity to work with international teams and technology-focused marketing programs.
  • Career growth potential as campaign scope and responsibilities expand.
  • Flexible working environment with high levels of independence and impact.
