Join the Team Shaping the Future of Industrial Technology!
Ready to make a tangible impact on global industries using cutting-edge technology? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you to help us transform the way the world works!
About Us:
Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. Whether it's helping customers build and maintain infrastructure, design and construct buildings, optimize global supply chains or map the world, Trimble is at the forefront, driving productivity and progress.
About Document Crunch:
Document Crunch is a premier AI-powered contract intelligence platform for the construction industry. By simplifying complex construction documents, Document Crunch empowers project teams to understand their risks and manage contracts with confidence. As part of the Trimble ecosystem, this technology serves as "intelligent DNA," accelerating AI adoption to create a future of zero project disputes and increased transparency across the AECO industry.
About This Role:
What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping product strategy across our AI-driven platform, directly influencing how construction teams manage risk and make better business decisions, and contributing to a team that is driving global productivity. You will have the opportunity to make significant contributions that improve how people live, build, move, and grow.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy across multiple product areas, identifying, prioritizing, and owning features that expand our market, grow our partnerships, and delight our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — UX, engineering, and go-to-market — to integrate customer insight and strategic thinking into everything we build, from problem definition through delivery.
- Spearhead the ideation and delivery of solutions that solve critical real-world challenges, describing problems clearly, rallying the team around the best approach, and following through to outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in product delivery processes, customer input loops, and go-to-market coordination to ensure high-quality and sustainable product outcomes.
- Champion the customer throughout the process — diving deep into construction, legal, and risk management spaces, testing ideas qualitatively and quantitatively, and iterating relentlessly.
- Influence product vision and organizational direction, mentoring other PMs and setting a high bar for craft, rigor, and customer empathy across the product organization.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of proven product management experience working on technology-powered products, with demonstrated impact at a staff or principal level.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional product initiatives, from problem discovery through go-to-market launch, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering "visionary pragmatist" results, balancing long-term strategy with practical, iterative execution that actually works.
- Excellent communicator across all formats, verbal, written, visual, and narrative, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a clear point of view.
- Solid understanding of engineering, design, and product practices, with the ability to zoom in on a problem while keeping overarching company strategy in view.
- Experience thinking about new products and features through the lens of a full go-to-market launch, including pricing, positioning, and rollout coordination.
- Knowledge of construction, legal, and/or risk management spaces strongly preferred; familiarity with AI tools and product experiences is a strong plus.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or construction technology environments.
- Deep familiarity with AI-driven product experiences and emerging interaction patterns.
- Experience mentoring or leveling up junior and mid-level PMs across an organization.
Logistics:
- Location: Austin, TX, Hybrid
- Travel Requirement: Minimal
