IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung KI-basierter Anwendungen für System- und Softwareentwicklung, mit Schwerpunkt auf Testautomatisierung und Verifikation
- Design und Implementierung von KI-Agenten und Workflows mit Microsoft Copilot Studio, dem Agents Toolkit SDK sowie weiteren KI-Tools
- Proof-of-Concepts und Machbarkeitsstudien für KI-Anwendungsfälle in technischen Entwicklungsprozessen, insbesondere in Engineering-Workflows
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von KI-Lösungen in bestehende Entwicklungs-, Validierungs- und Testprozesse
- Dokumentation von Ergebnissen sowie Beitrag zum internen Know-how
IHR PROFIL
- Laufendes Masterstudium im Bereich Informatik, Softwareentwicklung, Datenwissenschaft oder vergleichbar Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit LLMs, KI-Agenten und modernen Architekturen für KI-Anwendungen
- Erfahrung mit Copilot Studio und Agenten-Frameworks ist von Vorteil
- Gutes Verständnis von RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings und Vektordatenbanken
- Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit z. B. Python, TypeScript oder vergleichbaren Sprachen
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
