Position Summary: We are growing our team at CDI HVAC Accessories and are looking for hands-on, reliable assembly technicians to join us at our Plymouth facility. This is a temp to hire position. Shift time: 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Count and bag fasteners for packaging
• Assemble metal frames using rivet guns and cordless drills
• Box and pack finished units for shipping
• Maintain consistent production and quality standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Stand throughout your shift in a production environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work with hand tools and follow assembly steps
• Comfortable lifting and moving parts/materials
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Ability to stand or walk for extended amounts of time
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, grip, squat and lift
• Must be at least 18 years old

Required Experience:

• Previous assembly or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required
