Job Description

Lead HVAC Service Technician (Residential, Light Commercial)

$25–$60/hr + Sign-On Bonus + 401k + Profit Sharing

Pay: $25–$60/hour (Based on Experience & Performance)

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and airflow issues)
Perform accurate, efficient troubleshooting—no guesswork or unnecessary part swapping
Complete repairs that solve the root problem, not just temporary fixes
Perform system evaluations and recommend necessary repairs (no sales pressure)
Maintain clean, organized work habits and professional appearance
Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners
Document work performed and findings accurately
Uphold company standards on every call
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HVAC service technician (lead experience preferred)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Deep understanding of residential HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
High level of integrity—no upselling or unnecessary recommendations
Strong communication skills with customers
Valid driver’s license
EPA certification (required)
