- Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new opportunities and growing your territory
- Matching customers with the right equipment and service solutions
- Leading engaging product demos and presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support
- Staying ahead of the curve on products, trends, and customer needs
- Representing Robert’s Equipment at trade shows, site visits, and community events
You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to sell value (not just price), and is motivated to succeed.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in equipment or a related industry
- Strong understanding of agriculture, construction, or similar sectors
- Confident communicator who can simplify technical products for customers
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing your pipeline
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
