Housekeeper (Bilingual- Spanish Required) at Desert Sky Services LLC – La Quinta, California

California Vacation Villas is looking for a friendly and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. We are a family-owned business that truly cares about our employees. If you enjoy making homes look great and want to work with a supportive management team, we would love to meet you!

In this role, you will work with other housekeepers to get our vacation rentals ready for new guests. You will be provided with a company vehicle to travel between our different properties throughout the day.

• Cleaning: Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and dining areas. Dust furniture, clean mirrors, and vacuum all floors and rugs.

• Laundry: Wash, fold, and put away towels and washcloths. Strip beds and put on fresh sheets and blankets.

• Teamwork: Work together with other team members to finish cleaning tasks quickly and correctly.

• Reporting: Use a mobile device to take pictures of your finished work and enter simple information into our app.

• Checking: Empty all trash and let us know if you see anything broken or if a lightbulb needs changing.

• Language: You must be able to speak and write in Spanish. (Fluent English is not required for this position).

• Driver’s License: You must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance to operate company vehicles.

• Technology: You must be comfortable using a mobile phone or tablet to take photos and check off tasks.

• Schedule: You must be available to work on weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest days.

• Physical Ability: You should be able to stand for a long time, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
