RCS is a skill building program for children to help children improve social skills, increase independence with daily life skills and to safely regulate behavior. Some of the ways in which you'll support the children and young adults in the RCS program include:

• Teach daily living skills to children and young adults with a variety of behavioral and social needs
• Work closely with supervisors to learn techniques to help the client meet their goals
• Work with the families to help them use those techniques
