Position Summary: The Bell Person is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs.

Functions:

• Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
• Must approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Able to communicate effectively with other departments as necessary
• Well-groomed, professional appearance

Qualifications:

• Previous guest services experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 40 lbs

Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and background check in order to be eligible for hire.
