Account Lead in Salt Lake City, Utah at Anvil Corporation

Position Description: What You'll Do

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or comparable work experience
• Experience: At least 7 years of related engineering experience
• Leadership: 5-10 years of Project Leader experience required
• Skills: Proven supervisory capabilities with ability to coordinate multiple project managers
• Client Focus: Exceptional relationship skills with focus on trust-building and service excellence
• Technical: Solid understanding of engineering processes, design theory, and project controls

• Strong business development and negotiation abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• High degree of initiative, confidence, and commitment to quality outcomes
• Professional Engineering license preferred

• Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time
• Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry
• Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching
• Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical drawings
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing
• Hearing ability adequate for meetings, training sessions, and collaboration
• Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing competing priorities
• Ability to travel to multiple office locations and client sites, up to 50% of time
• Able to safely perform field walks and visit client facilities on occasion, sometimes in remote areas
• May require standing during team meetings, training sessions, and site inspections
• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
• May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and construction/field sites
