We are opening a brand-new warehouse and fulfillment center in Austin, TX and are hiring across multiple roles to build our founding operations team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help stand up a modern, high-volume warehouse operation with a strong focus on systems, process design, and operational excellence.
Overview
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support core distribution operations. This role focuses on hands-on warehouse execution, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Perform putaway, picking, packing, and order fulfillment with high accuracy
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and movements
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and audits
- Build and stage pallets for storage and shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.)
- Handle regulated or sensitive materials in accordance with safety guidelines (e.g., lithium batteries)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Manually unload floor-loaded containers as needed (lifting required)
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Familiarity with WMS or inventory tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $18.00-$20.00 / Hour
