Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Coordinator to oversee operations within our HVAC and Plumbing warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern warehousing practices, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage inventory and logistics efficiently. This role requires someone who can handle purchase orders, manage material receipts, and have basic computer skills, all while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. This role ensures accurate tracking, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment using Service Titan and Sage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Warehouse Operations:
o Oversee all daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed in a timely manner.
o Reports on inventory levels, material receipts, and warehouse operations to management as required.
o Ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
o Coordinate staging materials for upcoming jobs.
o Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
o Ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with all safety regulations and that all employees adhere to safety protocols.
o Must have a valid driver’s license to occasionally transport materials or make deliveries as needed.
o Required to enter and receive POs so familiarity with CRM software such as Service Titan & Sage is highly preferred.
· Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and conduct regular audits to ensure that inventory is accounted for and in good condition.
o Process daily inventory transactions in Sage and/Service Titan, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and returns
o Maintain accurate on-hand quantities for warehouse and truck stock inventory
o Enter purchase orders into the system, ensure materials are received correctly, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
Qualifications & Skills:
· 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or purchasing experience (service industry preferred)
· Experience with Sage and/or Service Titan strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of inventory control principles and cycle counting
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
· Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
· Is able to work effectively with others and in a timely manner.
· Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
· Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
