Reinforced Concrete ICC Special Inspector at Ninyo & Moore – North Salt Lake, Utah

Job Description: Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate career opportunity in Salt Lake City, Utah for an ICC-Certified Special Inspector with certifications in Reinforced Concrete, structural masonry, post tensioned reinforced concrete, high strength bolting, structural steel welding and Prestressed Concrete Inspector. The successful candidate should be thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the standards related to the construction and inspection of the components listed. The candidate must be able to read and understand structural blue prints and current code requirements. Duties include maintenance of proper and complete files of field and laboratory data, reports, letters, RFI's, and other pertinent field data as well as clear communications with the Project Manager and the client's representatives are required.

Education: ICC certifications for Reinforced Concrete, Pre-stressed Concrete, Structural Steel and Bolting, structural masonry, post tensioned reinforced concrete Special Inspector or a combination thereof REQUIRED.

Required Skills: The successful candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must have a minimum of two years of experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
