About This Position
Description:
- Represent our company’s products with a deep and comprehensive understanding of applications and product solutions to identify customers needs and suggest solutions
- Increase market share, gain new customers in North America, primarily in the USA, and secondarily Mexico/Canada
- Meet sales targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
FOCUS MARKETS:
- Contribute towards new business development in the following Markets
- Develop new business in the Defense Market
- Contribute a minimum of $2 million annually in new business
- Focus Markets and associated performance metrics may be (re-)defined at any time during your employment according to the needs of the Company and at the discretion of the Management
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
Major Responsibilities
- Create, plan and present company and products with existing / new customers.
- Follow up and manage bid portals for customers
- Increase sales / profit of company’s market share for products and applications for anti-vibration in North America, including primarily the United States but secondarily Mexico and Canada.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with existing and new customers.
- Being first contact for customers needs and offer product solutions for different applications.
- Close cooperation with engineering to identify and offer application solutions to customers.
- Represent the company and its products at trades shows.
- Submit full and complete customer requirements to internal teams and facilitate answering technical questions, such that the internal team can prepare quotations and offers
- Follow up with customers about existing quotations
- Negotiate price and terms and prepare sales agreements.
