How You’ll Contribute
You’ll be at the front line of our growth—being a part of the connections we build with senior decision-makers and bringing the right people to the table for powerful, peer-driven conversations.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the execution engine behind our marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and delivery — ensuring campaigns and initiatives move from idea to live without friction. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners to keep assets, messaging, and timelines aligned across a multi-brand portfolio.
In this role, you will:
- Support Campaign Execution: Ensure all marketing initiatives are fully prepared to launch — including assets, messaging, tracking, and timelines and proactively remove blockers to keep work moving.
- Translate Strategy into Execution: Turn campaign direction, ICP insights, and messaging into clear, actionable inputs for agencies and designers, ensuring consistency across all outputs.
- Manage Marketing Assets & Inputs: Maintain a centralized, up-to-date library of creative, copy, and campaign materials, ensuring teams are always working from the correct versions.
- Drive Workflow & Project Visibility: Own task tracking within ClickUp, keep timelines and ownership clear, and follow up across teams and partners to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support Marketing Systems & Automation: Help build and maintain workflows across tools and contribute to automation and AI initiatives that improve team efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Maintain Tools, Data & Team Coordination: Support marketing platforms while managing inbound requests and routing priorities to keep teams aligned and responsive.
- Documentation & Insights: Capture and organize key meeting outputs, research, and customer insights to support ongoing marketing strategy and messaging
Whats Sets You Up for Success
You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a coordinator role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working across marketing tools and systems
- Proactive mindset with a bias toward action
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working with agencies
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Exposure to campaign execution across channels
- Interest in AI and automation
