Job Description

We’re looking for Certified Nurse Assistants who are compassionate and attentive to the unique needs of long-term care residents. In this role at Bella Sera, you’ll provide personal care and support that helps enhance the comfort, dignity, and well-being of each individual. You’ll assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate with nursing staff and families to support high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance

Record vital signs and report changes in patient condition

Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment

Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents’ families

Promote a warm, respectful, and safe care environment

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Completion of Nurse Assistant training program and current certification

Certification must be maintained throughout employment

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Continuing education required for certification renewal

BLS certification required and maintained thereafter

Must pass Telemetry Competency Test within 6 months and renew yearly

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
