Occupational Therapist (PRN) - up to $60.00*! at Delmar Gardens North – Black Jack, Missouri

We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic experienced Occupational Therapist to help care for our dear residents at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Must have excellent communication, computer and documentation skills.

Job Duties:

• Test and evaluate residents' physical and mental abilities and analyze medical data to determine realistic rehabilitation goals for residents
• Evaluate residents' progress and prepare reports that detail progress
• Consult/collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to select activity programs or coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(s)
• Ensure evaluations and progress notes are done in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned
