We are seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Coordinator to be the analytical engine of our sales team. OBJECTIVE

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and analytical support to the sales organization by maintaining data integrity, supporting system adoption, and enabling consistent execution of established sales processes. This role plays a key support function in pricing execution by maintaining discount structures and analyzing margin performance. It does not own sales strategy, pricing strategy, systems design, or process creation; instead, it ensures that defined processes are executed effectively and that sales leadership is equipped with accurate data and insights to drive decisions.

The Sales Operations Coordinator works closely with Sales Leadership, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Enterprise Analytics to provide reliable reporting and pipeline visibility, maintain CRM integrity, and support disciplined sales operations. This includes translating pipeline and sales activity into clear demand signals to support supply chain planning and alignment. This role is also responsible for proactively identifying pipeline risks, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve conversion, translating data into clear, actionable insights that support revenue and margin outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Systems & Pricing Support

  • Maintain and support CRM and ERP systems related to sales and pricing to ensure accurate and consistent usage
  • Maintain the discount matrix within the ERP as defined by sales leadership
  • Assist in system configuration updates related to pricing and discount structures as directed by sales leadership
  • Troubleshoot basic user issues and escalate more complex system challenges appropriately
  • Facilitate training on sales systems and tools

Data Management, Reporting & Margin Analytics

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of sales and pricing data across systems
  • Generate and distribute standard sales reports (e.g., pipeline, activity, performance vs. targets)
  • Analyze margin performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Identify and flag margin leakage (e.g., inconsistent discounting, off-program pricing, or execution gaps)
  • Prepare structured insights and recommendations for sales leadership to support decision-making on discount strategies
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests

Sales Process Execution Support

  • Reinforce adherence to established sales processes, tools, and cadences
  • Support sales leadership in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and activity metrics
  • Assist in preparing materials for sales meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate updates to sales playbooks, templates, and documentation
  • Maintain training materials, guides, and resources
  • Support rollout of new tools or process updates as defined by sales leadership

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain to support data alignment and reporting needs
  • Assist in coordinating sales initiatives and ensuring communication consistency across teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, operations, or administrative role
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling, and basic automation) and strong data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesi, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes and execute consistently
