Job Summary:

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role involves performing routine preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues, and responding quickly to equipment breakdowns. Maintenance Technicians work with tools, follow safety regulations, and may collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and improve system performance. Strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas with the operation including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility including but not limited to emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter and arranging outdoor furniture.Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and arranging furniture.Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.Performs other duties as required.Must be at least 18 years of age.Valid driver’s licenseWork Schedule: Thurs, Fri 11am-7:30pm, Sat, Sun and Mon 8am-4:30pmMinimum Qualifications:

Possesses knowledge in operating electrical, plumbing, HVAC and pool equipment.Regular and reliable attendanceWeekend availability a mustReports To:
