Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT Supervision Coordinator to join our team. The RBT Supervision Coordinator is a BCBA who holds the responsibility for ensuring all BACB supervision and compliance requirements are met of all RBTs within the organization. This role centralizes oversight, coordination, and accountability of supervision activities across multiple RBT supervisors and settings. The ideal candidate will directly supervise RBT's ensuring all supervisions are delivered properly and documented and complaint with BACB policies.
Duties
Serve as the official Requirements Coordinator for assigned RBTs in the BACB portal.
Ensure that BACB supervision requirements minimum 5% supervision per month, observation, feedback are consistently met.
Maintain accurate supervision documentation, including logs, notes, and compliance records.
Coordinate with multiple RBT Supervisors to ensure all supervision activities align with BACB standards.
Conduct regular audits of supervision documentation to verify compliance.
Provide direct supervision to RBTs as needed, including observation, performance feedback, and skill development.
Act as the primary point of contact for RBT supervision inquiries, compliance audits, or corrective actions.
Communicate with administrative and clinical teams to manage RBT assignments and ensure continuity of supervision.
Reassign or transition RBTs promptly in the event of Coordinator absence or departure.
Carry a small caseload and implement behavioral therapy strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors
Support organizational quality assurance and compliance initiatives related to RBT supervision.
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify needs of clients
Coordinate with multiple RBT Supervisors engaged with each RBT (supervisors in clinic, home, school
Qualifications
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment practices.
Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision training.
