JOB RELATIONSHIPS

• A licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner responsible for delivering all modalities of Respiratory Therapy. Responsible to Charge Respiratory Therapist and Cardiopulmonary Director or designee.

DEFINITION OF POSITION

• The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for evaluating and implementing the respiratory care of assigned patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional

  • Current North Carolina license to practice as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist).

  • Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Certification.

  • ACLS, PALS & NRP within 1 years of employment.
