About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Fleet Dispatcher/Operations Coordinator to play a key role in our fast-growing logistics operation. In this position, you’ll be at the center of daily transportation activity—coordinating drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from first mile to final delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experience in trucking operations, dispatching, and logistics coordination.

• Take ownership of daily dispatch operations for linehaul and pickup routes
• Coordinate closely with First Mile teams to ensure seamless execution across the network
• Track shipments in real time and proactively solve delays or operational challenges
• Build strong relationships with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and service partners
• Generate competitive and accurate rate quotes across different lanes
• Manage billing processes, including invoice validation and cost tracking
• Maintain organized and accurate operational record

• Bilingual in Mandarin (required)
• Experience in trucking, dispatching, or logistics operations
• Solid understanding of fleet operations (box trucks, trailers, routing, linehaul)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with rate quoting and basic cost analysis

• Experience with EWR/JFK last-mile operations
• Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
