Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, Turret Truck)

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Reach Trucks, Cherry Pickers, and Turret Trucks, along with strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires attention to detail, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, and Turret Truck equipment safely and efficiently.
2. Perform picking, put-away, replenishment, and inventory tasks using the WMS.
3. Accurately scan and track inventory using RF scanners and computer systems.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
6. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience operating Stand-Up Reach, Cherry Picker, and Turret Truck forklifts.
2. Strong computer skills and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (plus).
6. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Hiring Process:

1. Initial phone interview.
2. On-site hands-on equipment testing.

Schedule & Compensation:

1. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed).
2. $19.00 per hour.
3. 401(k), sick time, health insurance.
