Accountabilities:
  • Design, launch, and manage scalable partner enablement programs aligned with GTM priorities and sales motions.
  • Develop role-based learning journeys, onboarding experiences, and continuous learning initiatives to accelerate partner productivity.
  • Create high-impact content such as sales playbooks, eLearning modules, toolkits, and GTM guidance for partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Channel Sales) to ensure alignment in messaging and training.
  • Drive adoption of enablement tools and content across partner ecosystems, including webinars, live trainings, and field events.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve enablement programs and content effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing within high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Proven ability to independently build and launch scalable enablement programs and resources.
  • Strong content creation skills, including sales playbooks, eLearning modules, presentations, and toolkits.
  • Experience with partner tools, including Partner Portals (PRM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and action-oriented, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary: $151,000 – $208,000 USD (depending on experience and location).
  • Eligibility for equity participation and potential incentive compensation.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays.
  • Paid parental, pregnancy health, medical, and bereavement leave.
  • Home office setup reimbursement and monthly connectivity stipend.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Short- and long-term disability insurance, life and accident coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
