Responsibilities:

• Operate a wide range of power and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Interpret and follow work orders related to equipment service, modifications, and installations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members or work independently in a high-noise environment.
• Properly perform lockout/tagout procedures in accordance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to established policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support senior mechanics with repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections while requiring minimal supervision.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Required Experience:

• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Good computer skills
• Ability to become qualified on various types of forklifts and ariel equipment (primarily less than 5000lb sit down type)
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Ability to maintain composure during emergencies
• Ability to learn about various subjects and items
• Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license
• High School Diploma Minimum
• Good communication skills
