Housekeeping Floor Technician at Roman Eagle Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, Inc. – Danville, Virginia

Cleans floors, strips, wax and buff. Dusts, sweeps, dry and wet mops. Disinfects and deodorizes as directed. Empties, washes and relines wastebaskets and cleans ash trays. Disposes of trash in morning and afternoon as required.

Straightens and rearranges furniture. Requests help in moving heavy furniture or other heavy objects.

Maintains work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

Cleans immediately any floor area where a liquid or any other slippery substance has been spilled.

Reports any faulty or damaged equipment to supervisor.

Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.
