B2C Sales Representative

Job Summary
We’re seeking a Sales representative with relationship-driven, high-value B2C sales experience (such as home services, property improvement, financial services, or professional consulting). In this role, you will be the primary client contact pre- and post-sale—guiding prospects through a consultative buying process, coordinating project delivery, and supporting long-term client success and retention.

This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and persuasive, with a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience across the full client lifecycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relationship and Sales Execution

  • Own key portions of the consultative sales cycle: discovery, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct virtual consultations, structured follow-ups, and pipeline progression activities.
  • Partner with Lead Quality Specialists and Engineering to develop tailored proposals and project solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, and communication history (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and conversion KPIs.

Sales Strategy & Team Collaboration

  • Contribute to refining sales scripts, outreach frameworks, and consultative workflows.
  • Share best practices and offer mentorship support to junior team members.
  • Monitor pipeline health and prepare performance insights for leadership.
  • Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support delivery timelines and client expectations.

Qualificiations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field required.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2C consultative or solution-based sales is required

(Examples: home improvement, real estate services, residential contracting, property tech, financial/consumer services, subscription-based professional services)

  • Demonstrated success meeting revenue and retention targets.
  • Experience managing prospects through a structured sales pipeline.
  • Knowledge of outdoor living, architecture, construction, or real estate markets is a plus.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting (Salesforce preferred).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-starter with a growth-oriented, results-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to structured sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
  • Experience supporting onboarding, project coordination, or post-sales success.
  • Background in Property Tech, Home Improvement, or Compliance-related services.
