What You’ll Do

Be a daily presence on the showroom floor, engaging directly with customersSupport sales staff by jumping in on deals, offering guidance, and helping closeActively follow up with customers by phone to drive appointments and build relationshipsRespond to and communicate with internet leads as necessaryLead, motivate, and coach the sales team with real-time guidance and supportConduct daily sales meetings, training sessions, and performance check-insMonitor sales metrics, lead response times, and customer satisfaction scoresEnsure a smooth, customer-focused sales process from first contact to deliveryWhat We’re Looking For
