About This Position
The Program Analyst serves as a critical data-driven strategist supporting healthcare infrastructure planning initiatives. This role transforms complex datasets into actionable insights that shape long-term facility planning, space utilization, and capital investment decisions across the VA healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends impacting facility planning and patient demand
- Translate space and operational requirements into actionable project plans and long-range capital strategies
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and executive-level briefings
- Support Space Management Team (SMT) initiatives and campus-wide planning efforts
- Conduct database research and collaborate with informatics teams
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and VA standards
Requirements
Specialized Certifications and Education (At least one of the following):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of relevant experience
