Requirements:Job Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or An Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1 year (at least) in Property Management, business administration and/or accounts payable experience
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Word, Excel, Skype, Outlook, Sharepoint and proficient in data entry.
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to reliably commute to work (Driver’s License req.)
- Knowledge and experience with Property Management software a plus
- 3+ Years in Property Management, business administration and /or accounts payable a plus
- Bilingual or Multilingual
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service to include:
- Resident Relationships
- Greeting Visitors
- Leasing Vacant Units
Provide support to Office Manager to include:
- Leasing: Post Vacancies, Greet prospects, follow up on leads, show apartments, process applications
- Prepare leases and complete all necessary paperwork accurately
- Resident Relations: Listen & respond to resident requests, Ensure all work orders are completed with satisfaction, educate & enforce community policies & rules
- Schedule and plan appointments
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (vendor monthly statements)
- Assist Maintenance Manager with office duties, paperwork & special projects
