Director of Human Resources ( HR ) at Nexus Health – Elmwood Park, Illinois

Position Overview: As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for directing the HR Department and ensuring compliance with the organization's mission and talent strategy. You will be responsible for managing payroll, employee relations, and recruiting for the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment needs - hiring, onboarding, orientation for new employees.
• Conduct Background Checks for all employees.
• Oversee and complete bi-weekly payroll.
• Assist with reconciliation of benefits.
• Provide HR support to facility employees, answering employee requests and facility HR questions.
